The Grill Room on Las Olas - a Four Diamond AAA Award recipient - recaptures all the comforts of a stately overseas officer's club with the finest china, crystal and silver recalling an ambiance only known through books and movies that recapture England's colonial period. The Grill Room on Las Olas offers the finest local foods, the best of Midwest prime steak, an extensive wine list and specialty cocktails such as single malt scotch and cognacs.
Adjacent to this large, elegant room is a luxurious wine room which was designed to showcase the cellar of approximately 1,500 bottles of wine. It also serves as a private dining room.
House specialties include prime aged New York strip, roast rack of lamb, grilled yellowfin tuna steak, veal chop Oscar, jumbo sautéed shrimp, thyme roasted duck, duet of sautéed scallops and Maryland crab cakes, and coldwater Pacific silver salmon with a lemon caper sauce. All meats are dry aged USDA prime.
Among the classic cocktails offered both in The Grill Room on Las Olas and in the Golden Bar are the Tanqueray Martini, Boodles Sidecar, Grand Marnier Champagne Cocktail, Riverside Ramos Gin Fizz, Myers East Indian Cocktail, Dewars Flying Scotsman and the Singapore Sling.
We also have a very extensive selection of single malt Scotch, bourbon whisky and port wines. We do have a very extensive selection of single malt Scotch, for one of the finest wine selection in the industry world wide.
