Executive Meeting Manager
Fully develop the market segment within a specific geographic territory concentrating on the solicitation of new and repeat business. To merchandise as skillfully as possible the guest rooms and function space or any other outlet to maximize revenue potential for the hotel and to ensure that the customer has the best possible meeting experience. To achieve monthly room night goals and banquet revenue goals, develop and implement sales action plans, maintain possible interdepartmental communications and to complete special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Sous Chef
To provide culinary, administrative, and leadership assistance to the Executive Chef. To supervise and ensure effective, efficient operation of the kitchen outlet and assumes the leadership role in the absence of the Executive Chef. To demonstrate the ability to lead and provide effective discipline to a team of cooks – 3 years culinary experience and or degree in the relevant cuisine.
Pool/Bar Attendant
Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks as well as receiving and serving orders for food to patrons of the pool. To ensure pool area is well maintained and stacked with pool towels. Must have some bartending experience – Part Time – Friday – Sunday
Bartender
Bartending experience required – Responsible for the preparation of all cocktails ordered by guests and maintaining the cleanliness of the lounge area at all times, while maintaining customer satisfaction and proper service standards. Must have thorough knowledge of all popular cocktails – Part Time
Server (2) Indigo Restaurant
Responsible for serving the guest tables – positive interaction with guests – mid to high end dining service required – Must have breakfast experience and flexible – Full Time
Busser/Food Runner for Indigo Restaurant
Minimum of 1 year experience – Responsible for the delivery of all food items to the guests, set up and delivery of room service trays, reset tables by service standards and smooth timely service to all guests. Full Time – Seasonal
Reservation Agent
Responsible for understanding the basic tenets of rooms merchandising. Follow all the procedures and guidelines outlined in the policies prepared by hotel management. Assist all callers with any concerns they might have with enthusiasm and a “can-do” attitude. Prior Springer Miller experience preferred – Full Time – Seasonal
