Requirements

General knowledge and skills in HVAC, plumbing. electrical, kitchen & laundry equipment. Position will require working some overnight and weekend.

Summary

To properly repair and maintain the physical asset and provide general support for team workers.

Essential Functions

•Receive daily work assignments from Chief Engineer and review priorities and special projects.
•Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments.
•Maintain for the proper use, cleaning, maintenance and storage of all tools and supplies.
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas.
•Handle chemicals according to hotel requirements.
•Ensure security of any assigned keys and beeper.
•Maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
•Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving and review status of assignments and any follow-up with Chief Engineer.
•Assist with any special projects assigned.
•Other duties assigned

Physical Requirements
