Perform any combination of the following tasks to maintain lawn area, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner.

Maintain the cleanliness of Lawn area, portajohns, and surrounding areas.

•Empty garbage container and replace liners
•Maintain “portajohns”
•Maintain lawn area

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
