Ability to operate cash register and credit card reader, handles money and maintains records and required reports and independently applies and carries out policies and procedures within assigned area of responsibility. Must have the ability to make and review mathematical computations with accuracy. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures and operational tasks. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) required. Must have experience in maximizing revenue.


To supervise, coordinate, and assign work relating to parking facility operations, including the collection and depositing of parking revenues, scheduling of employees and maintenance of parking lots.

Essential Functions

Depending upon assignment, duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the operation of multiple parking facilities.
- Record, count, deposit, and insure the security of all collected revenues from parking lot facilities.
- Review parking lot operations and oversee the efficient utilization of staff and equipment.
- Inspect parking lots and insure the proper correction of problems relating to their physical conditions.
- Recommend improvements to operations, procedures, or scheduling.
- Provide information to and respond to inquiries from the public.
- Coordinate parking lot operations with other Parking Lot Supervisors.
- Instruct, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
- Prepare periodic reports regarding parking lot operations and revenues.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Ensures that the lot rules, safety standards, and sanitation requirements are followed. Assists in implementation of emergency action plan at the lot.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
