Kathryn has been an integral part of the Riverside team since 2019, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

In her previous role as Senior Human Resources Generalist, Kathryn played a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance initiatives. Her ability to balance strategic HR planning with personalized employee engagement has earned her recognition as a trusted resource for both leadership and staff.

Kathryn’s promotion reflects her dedication to professional growth and her passion for creating an environment where team members thrive. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Resort & Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), underscoring her expertise in the field. Kathryn is also a proud graduate of the Leadership Fort Lauderdale Program through the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce.
