Rooms & Suites

Micro Guest Rooms are approximately 200 square fee and are located in the orginal tower of the hotel that was built in 1936.  The furniture will include one queen bed.  These rooms include a safe, mini fridge and complimentary WiFi. 

Standard Guest Rooms are approximately 325 square feet and are located in the original tower of the hotel that was built in 1936. The furniture can include one King bed, one Queen bed or two Queen beds and are located on the first floor to the sixth floor.

The original tower offers two Las Olas Suites that overlook the prestigious Las Olas Boulevard. Suites include a wet bar, living room, balcony and a King bed located on the second floor.

Junior Suite rooms are approximately 500 square feet and located on ninth to twelfth floor. They feature elegant and spacious rooms with one King or two Queen beds. They also have excellent skyline and New River views.

Executive Tower has three One Bed Suites and One Two Beds Suites located on the four corners of the 12th floor with exceptional views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline and New River. These rooms are the grandest of the Riverside Hotel accommodations with marble Jacuzzi bathtubs, living areas, wet bars, Queen or King beds and corner balconies.

Executive Tower has three One Bed Suites and One Two Beds Suites located on the four corners of the 12th floor with exceptional views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline and New River. These rooms are the grandest of the Riverside Hotel accommodations with marble Jacuzzi bathtubs, living areas, wet bars, Queen or King beds and corner balconies.

ADA Compliance rooms are available in the original classic building or the executive tower. ADA compliance rooms are available with one king, one queen or two queen beds and have many ADA compliant features such as guest bathrooms with roll-in showers, grab bars, audible fire alarms with visual alarm strobe lights.

Pet-friendly rooms are available in the classic building on the first floor with one King, one Queen or two Queen beds.
