Guarantee Policy
All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking. Special events may have a deposit policy.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax. Special events may have additional cancellation policy
It is Riverside Hotel's practice to enter any occupied guestroom at a minimum of once within a 24-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy. Appropriate efforts are made to provide advance notice to the registered guest before entering an occupied room.
Shipping/Receiving
The Riverside Hotel will offer storage and provide security and room delivery for the first four (4) boxes/packages on a complimentary basis. Each box/package thereafter will be subject to a charge of $5.00 per box/package plus 7% tax for both inbound and outbound handling. Pallet delivery arrangements must be made in advance with your Conference Services Manager. Pallet(s) are subject to additional charges per pallet. Due to limited storage facilities, it may be necessary to arrange off site storage at the Group's expense. Failure to confirm shipments in advance may result in deliveries being refused. Our Receiving Department is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Shipment charges will be applied to the Group Master Account or guest room folio. Deliveries cannot be received at the hotel more than five (5) days prior to group arrival. Group Name and name of person who will claim packages should be clearly marked on the outside of each package.
