Thank you
Dear Cathy: you know the sign of a good party is when no one wants to go home. That was our Nova cocktail reception last night. I am sorry that you had A/C problems in the Lobby yesterday, but your contingency plan of putting us on the 8th floor was spectacular. The 2 bars, top bar tenders, set up, yummy bites (thank you for the cheese tray!), etc etc were truly marvelous. And especially thank you for stopping the rain - clearly you shine in the weather department! Onward to tonight's festivities. All good things happening because of your magic touch. Cheers. Sales and Catering
Hello Loma / Rita My apologies for not sending this yesterday, but I was out of the office all day, I just want to tell you both MUCHAS GRACIAS for the amazing lunch meeting we had on Monday. I must say I was very impressed with the phenomenal job you both did, and the lunch was delicious, but what I truly enjoyed the most was having a chance to spend time with both of you. You both made it so enjoyable and informative that no doubt you'll be my first choice when we plan an event in Ft. Lauderdale. when I come across professionals like both of you, it will truly be a great pleasure to do business with you. I must also mention that I continue to receive a lot of positive feedback and comments from the Women's Market event we held at your gorgeous property on March 31. After I shared with some of my colleagues yesterday about the wonderful opportunity I had to have lunch at your property and really get to see all the options you offer, from the rooms to the conference rooms and amazing service (not to mention the food, OMG !!!), all they could say again was "we loved the property and the staff” (and the fabulous terrace that we didn't get to really enjoy, but that it looked so inviting). Once again, Loma & Rita, thank you so very much for everything, for the food, the company, the gift and the wonderful time you both dedicated to me from your busy schedule. The Knot Review AMAZING! We had our wedding reception at the Wild Sea Oyster Bar & Grille. Jacob Houser was the deciding factor when we chose our wedding venue at The Riverside Hotel. He made us feel everything we imagined could be achieved. He made this crazy wedding period bearable for us with his professionalism and extreme kindness. He helped us all the way up to our special day. Katie Donahue was also wonderful keeping us up to date on our wedding room block status and was always a pleasure to speak with. Yamila was a wonderful staff member on our actual wedding day at Wild Sea, she made sure we had everything we needed and had a beautiful personality. There were other staff members during our Wedding Memorial Day Weekend that were helpful making our stay and all of our guests stay, so perfect and fun! Thank You Riverside Hotel😊🤵🏻👰🏻 |
Hi Katie,
Thank you so much for everything! It was amazing! Everyone loved the Boathouse and the hotel. I think the school will have something again in Sept or Oct and everyone wants to come back. I will keep you posted! Thank you so much! Mime Quinones Ruiz 08/7/19 |
Debra,
I wanted to personally thank you so much for all you and your staff did to make our Friday event a total success. This can be proven by no one wanting to leave. Service was great and the room was beautiful. We will be looking into using that room in five years! Thanks again Vikki Yarborough And Reunion committee 08/06/19 |
