Classic Room
Classic Guest Rooms are approximately 325 square feet and are located in the original tower of the hotel that was built in 1936. The furniture can include one King bed, one Queen bed or two Queen beds and are located on the first floor to the sixth floor.
Executive Tower Standard
Executive Tower Standard rooms are approximately 500 square feet and located on ninth to twelfth floor. They feature elegant and spacious rooms with one King or two Queen beds. They also have excellent skyline and New River views.
Executive Tower One Bedroom Suite
Executive Tower has three One Bed Suites and One Two Beds Suites located on the four corners of the 12th floor with exceptional views of the Fort Lauderdale skyline and New River. These rooms are the grandest of the Riverside Hotel accommodations with marble Jacuzzi bathtubs, living areas, wet bars, Queen or King beds and corner balconies.
