We are thrilled to congratulate our very own Wild Sea Las Olas Cook, Eric on his induction into the Culinary Apprenticeship Program through the American Hotel & Lodging Association! Eric is one of our talented, dedicated Wild Sea Team Members. He even received his nomination for Employee of the Month in the month of March 2022!

Through his hard work, high skill level, and dedication Eric has been selected to participate in our Culinary Apprenticeship Program through the American Hotel & Lodging Association!

Funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Apprenticeship Program in partnership with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, is the the first of it’s kind nation-wide.
