Our Tuesday was full of exciting news! Today, we are thrilled to introduce new and exciting perks to further benefit the health & happiness of our #RiversideFamily!

Tenure Tiered Insurance Premiums
Let’s face it, the cost of health care is on the rise, and so is the price of insurance. Our Team’s health & happiness is so important to us. We frequently refer to ourselves as a ‘Riverside Family’. With that being said, it’s our mission to look after each member of our ‘family’.
Today we announced our brand new “Tenure Tiered Insurance Premium” discount program! This means, after 2 years of being with our Company, our Insurance offerings will decrease in price by 20%! For every year the team member remains with us, it will continue decreasing by 10%. After 10 years of being with our Company, our Riverside Team Member will receive Free Medical Insurance!

Safety Bingo at the Riverside Hotel
At the Riverside Hotel, all of our Team Members are encouraged to participate in ’Safety Bingo’! Our Safety Bingo is a popular game amongst our Team Members which encourages a safe and happy work environment. For each day that there is no recordable accident (any job related employee injury or illness requiring medical attention) money is added to the official Jackpot until we find our winner!
As we are celebrating 98 accident free days today, our jackpot at 100 days will increase to an extra $1. For each day that there is no recordable accident, $1 will be added to the Bingo pot. For each day that there is no recordable accident following 100 recordable accident free days, $2 will be the multiplier for the Bingo pot. For each day that there is no recordable accident following 200 recordable accident free days, $3 will be the multiplier the Bingo pot. There is no limit to how high the pot may go, as an every 100 days the multiplier increases by $1. We are hopeful this will help our Safety Bingo become even more of a success!

At the Riverside Hotel we LOVE Birthdays! In fact, we have a tradition of singing to each of our Team Members on their Birthdays. And fun fact, 99.9% of us have the unique ability of singing Happy Birthday in tune… It is quite the celebration! We love birthdays so much that we decided to introduce another fabulous new perk! After 90 days with us, our Team Members are invited to take a paid day off in honor of their Birthday. Other than our singing- we are elated to offer this Birthday gift!
